Adventa AI does not collect, store, or process Personally Identifiable Information. We do not perform facial recognition. The agents analyse anonymous behavioural signals — direction of movement, dwell durations, queue lengths, and zone occupancy — and discard frame-level data after inference.
What we process
When you deploy Adventa AI, the platform processes:
- Encrypted video feeds from your existing IP cameras, on-prem.
- Anonymous behavioural metadata derived locally on the on-site Mac mini.
- Aggregated analytics (counts, dwell, occupancy) synced to your tenant.
Raw video never leaves your premises by default. AI inference happens on the Mac mini; only derived metrics are transmitted.
Customer account data
We store standard account data — name, business email, company, and usage telemetry — to operate the service and provide support. We do not sell or share this with third parties.
Security
Adventa AI is SOC 2 Type II compliant. All transmissions are end-to-end encrypted (TLS 1.2+). Tenant data is logically isolated. Access is role-based, audit-logged, and protected by MFA.
Data retention
Aggregated analytics are retained for the duration of your contract plus 30 days. You can request deletion at any time. Raw on-prem footage retention is controlled entirely by your own VMS — Adventa AI does not extend it.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or via the in-app notification system before they take effect.
